A New Paediatric IMG in the NHS

I have jointed to Keep Me Safe Program(KMSP) as part of team as participants and instructors in KMSP , I were responsible of local hospital Jaffar Ibnouf in Khartoum state Sudan.
My responsibilities after I got enough training from KMSP`s members is to continue training
Medical residents and nurses and also managing assessment on monthly bases improvement of trainees by doing monthly practical session to our pediatric PICU team , me and my team have been learnt a lot about practical training in PICU and how to communicate with team.
This Project has made a lot of changes in our PICU team which has given good out for PICU patients
